For the fixed side Bearing roller, it is necessary to select the Bearing roller with the rolling surface moving in the axial direction or with the assembly surface moving. In the case of relatively short shaft, the fixed side and the free side are no different, the Bearing roller with only one-way fixed axial movementis used.
Installation process of Bearing roller:
A principle must be grasped, that is, the installation force or torque can only be transferred through the corresponding ferrule. Press in the inner ring of the matching Bearing roller and the shaft to make a tight fit. When the outer ring and the Bearing roller seat hole are loosely matched, press the Bearing roller onto the shaft first with a press, and then install the shaft and the Bearing roller into the Bearing roller seat hole together. When pressing, pad an assembly sleeve made of soft metal material on the end face of the Bearing roller inner ring. When the outer ring of the Bearing roller fits tightly with the Bearing roller seat hole, and the inner ring fits loosely with the shaft, the Bearing roller can be pressed into the Bearing roller seat hole first. At this time, the outer diameter of the assembly sleeve should be slightly smaller than the diameter of the seat hole. If the Bearing roller ring is tightly matched with the shaft and seat hole, the inner ring and outer ring in the installation chamber should be pressed into the shaft and seat hole at the same time. The structure of the assembly sleeve should be able to press the end faces of the inner ring and outer ring of the Bearing roller at the same time.
Heating coordination
By heating the Bearing roller or Bearing roller seat, the tight fit is changed into loose fit by thermal expansion. It is a common and labor-saving installation method. This method is suitable for the installation of Bearing rollers with large interference. Before hot installation, put the rings of Bearing rollers or separable Bearing rollers into the oil tank and evenly heat them for 80-100 ℃. Then take them out of the oil and install them on the shaft as soon as possible. In order to prevent the end face of inner ring and shaft shoulder from not fitting tightly after cooling, the Bearing rollers can be tightened axially after cooling. When the outer ring of the Bearing roller is tightly matched with the Bearing roller seat made of light metal, the hot assembly method of heating the Bearing roller seat can avoid the abrasion of the matching surface. When the oil tank is used to heat the Bearing roller, there should be a grid at a certain distance from the bottom of the box. The Bearing roller should not be placed on the bottom of the box to prevent impurities from entering the Bearing roller or uneven heating. There must be a thermometer in the oil tank, and the oil temperature should not exceed 100 ℃ to prevent tempering effect and reduce the hardness of the ring.
Installation of thrust Bearing roller
The overall fit of thrust Bearing roller and shaft is transition fit, and the fit of race and Bearing roller hole is clearance fit. Therefore, this kind of Bearing roller is easy to install. The middle shaft spring of bidirectional thrust Bearing roller should be fixed on the shaft to prevent rotation relative to the shaft. Generally, the installation method of Bearing roller is shaft rotation, so the inner ring and shaft fit is win-win fit, and the outer ring and Bearing roller chamber fit is clearance fit.
Check the operation of the Bearing roller. After the Bearing roller is installed, it should be checked to ensure that the Bearing roller is installed in place, rotates flexibly and has no sticking phenomenon. If the Bearing roller is not installed properly, the temperature of the Bearing roller will rise rapidly and be damaged, and even the Bearing roller will be stuck and broken. (1) When using the Bearing roller, keep the surrounding environment clean, do not stick sweat and dirt. It is required to be used by personnel familiar with the Bearing roller, especially be careful of injury, indentation, under damage, etc. In order to ensure the service performance of the Bearing roller, according to the operation standard of the equipment, the Bearing roller should be maintained, maintained and overhauled regularly, including monitoring the operation status, adding lubricant, and regular disassembly and inspection.
- The Bearing roller shall not be stored directly on the ground to avoid direct light and cold walls. In order to prevent rusting, keep the Bearing roller in the environment with temperature of about 20 ℃ and humidity of less than 65%. If the Bearing roller is placed in acid air, it is easy to rust and change color. Use gloves and kapok return wire to wipe the Bearing roller, shaft and shell. Garbage entering into the inner part of the Bearing roller and the matching part is the cause of abnormality. Therefore, attention should be paid to it.
