To solve the problem of cavitation, we should start with methods to avoid cavitation and materials that are resistant to cavitation. There are several ways to avoid cavitation.1. Improve the design of the valve core and valve seat, so that it has a reasonable distribution of liquid flow velocity and pressure. For example, the small flow pressure regulating valve ball adopts a long and narrow channel valve core and valve seat. The valve core and valve seat hole have a small taper, which is suitable for accurately controlling the flow under the condition of constant upstream pressure.
